Who are we?
We are Social Workers with over 45 years’ experience between us and have a range of experience across Children Social care Sector. The Company was developed in response to gaps in service delivery for children, young people and their families in mind particularly children and young people with complex needs with whom Local Authorities sometimes struggle to identify unique services or placements that support their individual needs. We are passionate about making a holistic difference in young people’s lives.
Semi-Independent Support Services
We work to turn young people’s lives around and support their transition to living an independent life. We provide a range of low to high support services for young people aged 16-18 and 18+.
Expertise
We have expertise in supporting young people with varying needs including unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors. Potential bespoke work can also be offered for young people with complex behaviour difficulties.
Education is Important
We aim to work with our clients in reinforcing the importance of education in its many forms. Education is an integral component to our approach in engaging young people through working in partnership with them to achieve good outcome and reach their potential.
We work with local education partners in sourcing educational provisions for our young people to remain in mainstream education where appropriate. Alternative education provision would be sought where needs cannot be met in mainstream. We will also work with health agencies including mental health services in promoting young peoples’ health and wellbeing.
