Our Promise to Young People

AndMu will support children and young people in their transformational journey to becoming responsible adults by promoting positive behaviour and creating a nurturing and positive environment where they feel safe and secure. We will work with them to understand acceptable behaviours and behaviours that are likely to impact negatively on their wellbeing and relationship with their peers and the public.

We will use range of Social work methods and tools such as Signs of Safety to embed a collaborative working practice and increase participation. This model is effective in measuring change over time and it also give the young people a voice in developing their plans including care plans and pathway plans.
